Personalised Care for Your Smile
Professional dental hygiene helps prevent gum disease, reduce the risk of tooth decay and maintain the results of your dental treatment.
Our hygienist will assess your oral health, gently remove plaque and tartar, and guide you through an effective home-care routine.
This includes advice on choosing a toothbrush and interdental brushes, alongside guidance on flossing. Treatment also includes the removal of surface staining and, where appropriate, polishing and fluoride application to sensitive, exposed tooth surfaces.
Care for Gum Disease
For patients with periodontal disease, treatment includes removing deposits from below the gumline and the root surfaces. Where needed, a dentist will administer local anaesthetic to keep you comfortable.
We recommend a dental hygiene appointment at least every six months.
